Image rendering issues in video generation pipeline where images appear instantly without fade effects | Aspect ratio distortion occurs when images are forced to fill video frame dimensions

Issue

The video generation system displayed images abruptly without fade-in transitions, distorted their original aspect ratios, and synchronized their display timing too precisely with voice segments, resulting in unprofessional and visually jarring output.

Culprit

The system lacked smooth transitions for images, forced them into fixed dimensions without preserving proportions, and displayed them without any preroll timing. This caused abrupt visual changes and distorted imagery.

Solution

Smooth fade-in transitions were introduced to gradually reveal images over one second. The timing was adjusted to display images one second before voice segments to create anticipation. Additionally, images were resized proportionally and aligned to maintain their original aspect ratios while fitting within the video frame.
