Dual Font Sizes Implementation
Issue
The video generation system applied the same font size to both code segments and regular explanatory text, making code visually indistinguishable and harder to read. This lack of visual hierarchy reduced readability and clarity.
Culprit
The system used a single font size ratio for all text segments, regardless of whether the content was code or regular text. This approach ignored the semantic difference between the two content types, despite the system already tracking segment types internally.
Solution
The system was updated to apply distinct font sizes for code segments and regular text. Code segments now use a larger font size to improve readability and visual distinction, while regular text retains a smaller, more standard font size. This ensures visual hierarchy and clarity in the video output.
